Unless you are on a high impact athletic routine, it would be detrimental for your overall health. It puts your regular strength training routine in vain.While you do not have to go the extremes to your diet or even completely cut down your proper meals, keeping your choices to healthier foods will go a long way. It helps you to build the strength that you desire. After all, functional strength training is supposed to be a simple and fun way. They will gradually increase your strength, flexibility, agility, speed and balance.
